Released version completely free GNU/Linux Trisquel 12.0 distribution.
Key Changes:
- The apt package manager has been updated to version 3.0, allowing developers to use a modern data storage format deb822;
- Improved kernel modularity;
- Many AppArmor rules for graphical environments have been changed;
- Browsers have been added to the repository GNU IceCat and Ungoogled Chromium;
- The backport repository continues to support the latest versions of popular applications like LibreOffice, yt-dlp, Inkscape, NextCloud Desktop, Kdenlive, Tuba, 0 A. D, fastfetch.
The distribution will be supported until 2029.
