Daniel Robbins announced that support and updates for release 1.3 will cease after March 1, 2020.
Strangely enough, the reason for this is that the current release 1.4 has proven to be better and more stable than 1.3-LTS. Therefore, Daniel recommends that those using version 1.3 plan to upgrade to 1.4.
In addition, a second maintenance release for version 1.4 is expected in January, featuring package version updates and kernel security fixes. New binary images for stage3s and stage3s GNOME will be based on 1.4-MR2.
