The Khronos consortium, which develops graphics standards, has recognized the full compatibility of the open PanVK driver with the Vulkan 1.1 specification. PanVK provides support for the Vulkan graphic API on ARM GPU devices based on the V10 architecture, such as Mali-G610 and Mali-G310. The driver has successfully passed all tests in the Khronos Conformance Test Suite (CTS) and is included in the list of certified drivers.
Obtaining the certificate allows for official claims of compatibility with graphic standards and the use of related Khronos trademarks. Testing was conducted on systems with ARM processors (armhf and aarch64) for the Mali-G610 GPU family in a Debian GNU/Linux 13 (testing) environment with Mesa 25.0.2. Plans include ensuring compatibility with Vulkan 1.2 (support is nearly achieved) and transitioning to work on support for Vulkan 1.3 and 1.4, as well as implementing support for new Mali GPU models.
