LLVM 10 has been imported into OpenBSD-current.

In OpenBSD-current implemented toolkit LLVM 10. It is worth noting that, unlike the previously provided LLVM 8, the tenth version (as well as the ninth) is distributed under the Apache 2.0 license, the use of which is explicitly are prohibited the licensing policy of the project.

Developers of OpenBSD previously was discussed changed the license and viewed this action negatively. However, at the presentation EuroBSDcon it is noted that ultimately a compromise will have to be reached, and code under the Apache 2.0 license will be accepted into the project. This has now happened.
