The latest version of the cross-platform browser Vivaldi introduces the following new features:
- Memory Saver feature; enabled in the 'Tabs' section of the browser settings:
‘Reduce memory usage by automatically putting tabs that haven’t been used for a while into sleep mode. You can still manually put a workspace or a group of tabs into sleep mode if you prefer to manage it yourself.’
The built-in RSS aggregator automatically finds news feeds on websites.
Quickly create workspaces from the tab context menu:
‘It’s now easier to create a new workspace. Ctrl + click on multiple tabs (⌘ + click on macOS), then right-click, and you can create a workspace.’
You can now easily export your passwords, news feeds, bookmarks, Speed Dial, reading list, notes, and other types of data.
For macOS users, there is now an option to choose the window position on the screen.
