The alpha version of the new XMPP server Xabber Server has been released

Developers of the XMPP client Xabber was released own XMPP server, based on a fork of ejabberd. The project's code is distributed is licensed under AGPLv3.

It is reported that the iOS version of Xabber with support for these protocols will be released soon. Most of the functionality is based on proprietary protocol extensions that are planned to be finalized and submitted to XSF.
