A new version of the effects package has been released LSP Plugins, designed for audio processing during mixing and mastering sessions.
The most significant changes are:
- A plugin has been added to implement the crossover function (splitting the signal into separate frequency bands) — Crossover Plugin Series.
- A regression causing desynchronization of the left and right channels of the limiter when oversampling was enabled has been fixed (the change came from Hector Martin).
- An error in plugins performing signal convolution, which could lead to incorrect rendering of the reverb tail (discovered by Robin Gareus), has been fixed. Affected plugins: Impulse Responses, Impulse Reverb, Room Builder.
- A small memory leak when deleting multiband processing plugins (Compressor, Gate, Expander) related to the LV2 extension Inline Display has been eliminated.
- Support for the LV2 standard concerning port groups pg:mainInput and pg:mainOutput has been expanded.
- The headers of all source files in C++ have been updated to comply with LGPL3+.
