A new version of the client for the decentralized Tox protocol (toktok) has been released. Currently, only Android OS is supported, but since the application is built using the cross-platform Qt framework, porting to other platforms is possible.
The project's code is distributed under the MIT license. The application builds are distributed under the GPLv3 license.

- Support for file transfer streams has been added, which has fixed many bugs in the interface and improved performance (for example, in the file upload indicator).
- The login interface has been redesigned.
- Fixed an issue: the notification sound and vibration repeat continuously when uploading a file.
- Errors have been fixed: many regressions with keyboard typing text and scrolling the message list that were present in v1.4.2.
- Overall, message scrolling has been improved.
- Partially fixed an issue: it’s impossible to send a file from the 'Downloads' folder (the Android download manager, not the folder itself), leading to crashes on Android 10.
- The message preview in the cloud file has been redesigned.
- Transfer statuses have been redesigned: when a transfer is halted on the other side, a corresponding message will be displayed. Remotely halting transfers no longer breaks the interface if paused locally.
- The colors in the application have been redesigned.
- Added the option to select multiple images (if supported by the device).
- The Russian translation has been updated.
