Coreboot 4.10 Release

Published project release CoreBoot 4.10, which develops a free alternative to proprietary firmware and BIOS. 198 developers participated in creating the new version, preparing 2538 changes.

• Support for the following motherboards has been discontinued: GOOGLE BIP, DELAN
  and ROWAN, PCENGINES ALIX1C, ALIX2C, ALIX2D and ALIX6;
• Support for the following processors has been discontinued: AMD geode lx, Intel 69x and 6dx;
• Support has been added for SoC AMD Picasso and Qualcomm qcs405;
• The toolchain has been updated to gcc 8.3.0, binutils 2.32, IASL 20190509 and clang 8;
• Code cleanup has been performed. The code has been freed from using overly bloated device_t structures, which are now replaced with 'struct device*'.
