- Support for the Google Mancomb motherboard has been discontinued.
- The ability for unit testing of the libpayload library and payload components has been implemented.
- A new method for accessing the cpu_info structure has been introduced, based on determining the location of the structure using a descriptor bound to each CPU, pointing to a data segment located on the stack, allowing the offset calculation for the cpu_info structure to be avoided.
- Support for the COREBOOTPAYLOAD option has been discontinued, which was previously marked as deprecated and replaced with the UefiPayloadPkg option.
- The outdated separate lp4x- and ddr4-versions of spd_tools have been removed, replaced by a unified version.
