Release of the Q4OS 3.11 distribution

Available distribution release Q4OS 3.11, based on the Debian package base and distributed with KDE Plasma 5 desktop environments and Trinity. The distribution is positioned as lightweight and offering a classic desktop layout. It includes several proprietary applications, including 'Desktop profiler' for quick installation of thematic software sets, 'Setup utility' for installing third-party applications, 'Welcome Screen' for simplifying initial setup, and scripts for installing alternative environments LXQT, Xfce, and LXDE. Size of the boot image 711 MB (x86_64, i386).

In new release the package database has been synchronized with Debian 10.4. The list of programs recommended in the application installation center has been expanded. Improvements have been made for switching and selecting keyboard layouts. Options for quick installation of Firefox 76 and Palemoon have been added.
