The release of the MyLibrary 3.1 home library cataloger has taken place. The program's code is written in C++ and is available (GitHub, GitFlic) under the GPLv3 license. The graphical user interface is implemented using the GTK4 library. The program is adapted for use on Linux and Windows operating systems. A ready-to-use package is available in the AUR for Arch Linux users. An experimental installer is available for Windows users.
MyLibrary catalogs book files in fb2, epub, pdf, djvu formats, both available directly and packed in archives (zip, 7z, jar, cpio, iso, tar, tar.gz, tar.bz2, tar.xz, rar) and creates its own database without modifying the original files or changing their locations. The integrity control of the collection and its changes is carried out by creating a database of file and archive hash sums.
The ability to search for books by various criteria (author's last name, first name, patronymic, book title, series, genre) and read them through the program set as the default for opening the corresponding file formats has been implemented. When a book is selected, a summary and cover image are displayed if available. Support for displaying the list of files included in the collection and the list of books within a specific file is provided.
Various operations with the collection are possible: updating (the entire collection is checked and the hash sums of available files are verified), exporting and importing the collection database, adding books to the collection and removing books from the collection, adding folders with books to the collection, adding archives with books to the collection, copying books from the collection to arbitrary folders, moving books from one collection to another. A bookmarking mechanism for quick access to books has been created.

- Optional support for multithreading using OpenMP has been added for some functions.
- The ability to filter search results by various parameters has been introduced.
- A function for displaying books contained in a file has been added.
- A function for displaying the list of files in the collection has been added.

- File hashing speed during the creation and updating of collections has been accelerated.
- Program crashes during the processing of certain rar archives have been eliminated.
