The release of the free graphical client Nicotine+ 3.2.5 for the P2P file-sharing network Soulseek has been announced. Nicotine+ aims to be a user-friendly, free open-source alternative to the official Soulseek client, providing additional functionality while maintaining compatibility with the Soulseek protocol. The client’s code is written in Python using the GTK graphical library and is distributed under the GPLv3 license. Builds are available for GNU/Linux, BSD, Solaris, Windows, and macOS.
