🥇Release of the Russian distribution Astra Linux Common Edition 2.12.13

The company "NPO RusBITECH" released distribution release Astra Linux Common Edition 2.12.13, based on the Debian GNU/Linux package base and supplied with its own desktop environment Fly (interactive demonstration), using the Qt library. Available for download are ISO images (3.7 GB, x86-64), binary repository and source texts of packages. The distribution is distributed within of the license agreement, which imposes a number of restrictions on users, for example, decompilation and disassembly of the product are prohibited.

Key Changes:

The Fly graphical environment is adapted for use on high-density pixel (HiDPI) screens. Grouping of running applications on the taskbar is provided.
In kiosk mode allows defining custom isolation parameters for individual applications. The kiosk can be removed together with the user;
In the fly-fm file manager, a "Properties" button has been added to the context menu for viewing directory properties. The logic of checksum comparison in file properties has been adjusted;
Support for launching in virtualization environments has been improved;
The "Check for Updates" utility has a built-in repository editor;
The installer has added options for requesting the sudo password for the administrator and enabling automatic login to the graphical session;
New packages have been added: web server Nginx 1.14.1, key and password management utility Seahorse 3.20, video editor Shotcut 18.03, Wine 4.0, winetricks, Playonlinux 4.3.4, ltsp server,
video player vlc (vlc-nox), etc.
Versions of over 1000 packages have been updated, including Chromium 72, Firefox 65, Thunderbird 60.5.1, note manager CherryTree 0.38.7, Samba 4.9.4, FreeIPA 4.6.4. The default offered kernel is Linux 4.15, but Linux kernel 4.19 is also available optionally.
