The release of Regolith Desktop 3.2 has been published, developed by the creators of the eponymous Linux distribution. Regolith is based on session management technologies of GNOME, the i3 window manager, composite servers Picom and Sway, i3bar panel, rofication notification system, i3status-rs status bar, and ilia program launcher interface. The project's developments are distributed under the GPLv3 license.
The project is positioned as a modern desktop environment designed for quickly performing routine tasks through workflow optimizations and reducing clutter.
