- The Mono engine has been updated to version 5.1.1 with support for text formatting tools from WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).

Additionally, project release , which forms extended builds of Wine, including not fully ready or risky patches that are not suitable for inclusion in the main Wine branch. Compared to Wine, Wine Staging offers 662 additional patches (temporarily disabled are the ‘esync’ patches until the separation of ntdll in the main Wine branch is completed).
The new release has synchronized with the Wine 5.19 codebase. A patch implementing windows.networking.connectivity has been added.
5 patches have been incorporated into the main Wine composition: fixed a crash in d3dx9 when vertex reordering support is absent in D3DXMESHOPT_ATTRSORT, added GstPad wrapping and the implementation of IMFMediaStream::GetStreamDescriptor in winegstreamer, delayed initialization of fonts in gdi32 to speed up startup, and established handling of empty strings in WS_getaddrinfo.
