An experimental release of the open implementation of WinAPI has taken place — Wine 7.2. Since the release of version 7.1, 23 bug reports have been closed and 643 changes made.
The most significant changes:
- A significant code cleanup of the MSVCRT library has been conducted, and support for the 'long' type has been added (over 200 changes out of 643).
- The Wine Mono engine with the .NET platform implementation has been updated to version 7.1.1.
- Improved support for modifying various interface elements through themes.
- An initial implementation of a decoder for the WMA format has been proposed.
- Support for the 64-bit time_t type has been added.
- Bug reports related to the operation of games have been closed: Half-Life, Grand Theft Auto V.
- Bug reports related to the operation of applications have been closed: Nota Bene, Macromedia Freehand 9, QQ 7.3/9.1.5/2013 Beta2, PG Offline 4.0.907, lessmsi v1.10.0, MIDIopsy 1.2, Quickroute, Iris Down CountDown, MAmidiMEmo.
