Among the most delicious, in the author's view:
- DNF has been rewritten in C++ and has become significantly faster and more compact (there's no longer a need for MicroDNF), and it has been decoupled from PackageKit.
- Gnome has been updated to version 47.
- KDE has been updated to 6.2.
- Packages related to xorg-server have become optional and will not be installed by default. This can be seen as a sign of moving towards a complete rejection of X11 altogether.
- Support for network configuration through ifcfg has been removed; now only NetworkManager is supported.
- Support for Python 2 has been discontinued, and the package with version 2.7 has been removed.
