The Qwen language model development team has released a web version of the chat, where users can try out their models, which were previously available for download and use by anyone, for example, from the website Qwen AI or from Hugging Face. For instance, there is a model with 72 billion parameters. Qwen is developed by China's Alibaba Cloud.
Regarding the chat – here are its features:
- it supports the Russian language;
- available in Russia without a proxy;
- has a simple registration through email;
- to the question of which politician is referred to as Winnie the Pooh, it firmly and clearly answers — Barack Obama. It considers Taiwan a territory of China, so there are no evasive responses like those from deepseek, another Chinese model;
- this is the most powerful generative AI created in China and is a completely original development;
- it can process quite large volumes of text and generate images;
- it is planned to integrate it into a search engine or create a search engine based on it.
