Acer has expanded its range of monitors by announcing the XV272UPbmiiprzx model, designed for use in gaming systems.

The panel measures 27 inches diagonally. The resolution is 2560 Γ— 1440 pixels (WQHD format), aspect ratio is 16:9.

The monitor boasts VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. 95% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space is declared. Viewing angles horizontally and vertically reach 178 degrees.

It is based on an IPS matrix. Peak brightness is 400 cd/m2, contrast ratio is 1000:1 (dynamic contrast ratio reaches 100:000).

The new product implements AMD Radeon FreeSync technology, which helps to improve the quality of the gameplay. The response time is 1ms and the refresh rate reaches 144Hz.

BluelightShield technology helps reduce blue light intensity. The Flickerless system is also implemented, eliminating flicker. These features provide protection to the user's visual apparatus.
