A workshop will be held at Innopolis University from 22 to 26 July Meet&Hack 2019. Company "Open mobile platform" invites students, graduate students, developers and everyone to take part in an event dedicated to the development of applications for the Russian mobile operating system Aurora (ex-Sailfish). Participation is free upon successful completion of the selection task (sent after registration).
Aurora OS is a domestic mobile operating system designed to ensure data security. It is based on libraries and the Linux kernel, which provides a full-fledged POSIX-compatible environment, and the Qt framework is used to develop application software.
The first part of the workshop is about learning. Participants will expect lectures from the developers of the Open Mobile Platform company, master classes with a lot of practice and communication in an informal setting. The second part is devoted to the hackathon, where participants will be able to choose or propose their own mobile application project and implement it using the knowledge gained. The projects will be presented by the teams and judged by the jury. The best teams among beginners and advanced developers will receive valuable prizes!
Applications are being accepted until July 12.
