Recently, we recall, MegaFon reported that using a commercial 5G smartphone based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform in a fifth-generation pilot network, it was possible to show a speed of 2,46 Gb / s. True, this achievement did not last long - less than a week.

As Beeline now reports, the company was able to show a peak speed of 3,3 Gb / s per one subscriber device. As the latter, a Huawei device was used.

Testing was carried out in Beeline's experimental 5G zone on the territory of the Luzhniki sports complex. Services such as cloud gaming, 4K video viewing, Instagram Live streaming, etc. were demonstrated. It is noted that when using the services, the delay was 3 ms.

The 5G pilot zone in the Luzhniki sports complex has become the second space for Beeline to test the operation of new generation networks after a fragment of the 5G network deployed in the test laboratory of the operator last year.
