In a couple of weeks, on March 30-31, we will hold in Nizhny Novgorod dedicated to data analysis. The selection of teams will go on until March 30, the tasks will need to be solved not abstract, but quite lively - we will provide real data to the company for this.

The first stage is already going on right now, from March 1 to March 30, this is a free educational online course, after registration you will receive links to tasks, you can accumulate points and get to know other participants in the process, if you have not chosen your team yet. Yes, it is important to choose a team, because it is the teams that participate (from 2 to 5 people in each).
We developed the educational program together with AI Today specialists, the tasks are already available in the telegram bot @siburchallenge_bot. By the way, in the bot you can also check your current balance of bonus points (they can then be exchanged for useful merchandise, additional features (like an additional mentor hour), or participate in the auction for a super prize.
Points are issued for registration at the hackathon itself (registered earlier = received more points), for completing the entire program, for leaving data, and much more.

- Up to 500 - for registration on the hackathon website (the earlier the registration date, the more points).
- Up to 500 - for team registration (depending on the date).
- 100 - for introducing #siburchallenge participants in the chat and leaving information about yourself.
- 100 - for sending a resume.
- 100 - for each correct answer after the video lessons, and in case of successful completion (75% of correct answers) of the entire educational program - additional points.
- 100 - for completing the first lesson in the bot.
- Up to 1500 - for completing the entire program (at least 75% correct answers) by a certain date: the earlier, the more points.
- 500 - for participation in the referral program.
- Up to 300 - for announcements and reviews in social networks.
- Up to 500 for attending additional events before the hackathon.
- 100 for feedback.
- 200 - for the found bug or error.
Second stage, March 29, meetup. Here you can already join the desired team, if you have not already done so. Communication with representatives of the company (departments from IT, HR, business).
Third stage, until March 30, selection of teams. If in the first two stages you did not join the teams, then this is your last chance. Either form a team yourself, or join existing ones according to the profile you need. There will also be a number of activities for which they will give points - you need to score the required number.
The fourth stage, March 30-31, is the hackathon itself. Here already your team will need to develop a solution for the problem. You can consult with our experts in the process.

First, there will be a problem about the distribution of vouchers. In a large organization, this is still a big date with a bunch of parameters.

- Dataset of 19 employee applications for vouchers with analysts by length of service, awards and personal data for obtaining benefits, the number of rooms in the sanatorium, criteria for awarding employees with vouchers.
- The business owner of the process, which will prompt and show everything.
From your side:
A comprehensive solution that will allow a labor decision specialist to quickly make decisions on the distribution of these vouchers for employees who have applied for vouchers, offer options for solving the distribution of vouchers by enterprises and room stock.
The solution should be in two parts:
- Algorithm based on data analysis.
- Interface with visualization of data and results of the algorithm and any additional data.
