The company 3dRudder recalled the eponymous controller for virtual reality games, which is controlled by the feet. A PlayStation VR variant will go on sale this summer, and a PC and Xbox One version is also available for purchase (connected via Adaptive Controller for people with disabilities).
The device has a rounded shape with a platform on which you rest your feet. This allows you to intuitively control the movement in games: you just need to tilt your legs in the direction you want to go. The greater the angle of inclination, the faster the movement. There are no sticks or buttons. Inside the controller is an inertial measurement unit and motion sensors that track your actions and translate them into a game.
The PlayStation VR version of the 3dRudder controller will support over 30 games at launch, including:

- Ultrawings VR;
- Bow to Blood;

On PC, the controller paired with a virtual reality headset (HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and soon Pimax and HTC Vive Pro) supports the following games:

On Xbox One, the 3dRudder controller is compatible with all games and simply replaces the left stick. The same can be done on PC.
The cost of 3dRudder for PC and Xbox One is 99β¬. The PlayStation VR version, which will go on sale on June 17, costs a little more - 119β¬.
