Redmi Note 64 8-megapixel smartphone lit up in live shots
Xiaomi has already confirmed that it will launch a smartphone with a 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor in India later this year. Now in China ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΠΈΠ»ΠΈΡΡ live images of the Redmi Note 8 smartphone, which may enter the Indian market under the name Redmi Note 8 Pro. The first photo shows the left side of the smartphone with the SIM slot and shows the rear with the cameras stacked vertically on a substantial ledge due to the use of a relatively large sensor.
Another image shows the text "64 MP AI Super Camera", indicating machine learning capabilities and the actual resolution of the camera module. You can also appreciate the glass finish of the case, which will obviously collect fingerprints.
The 3,5mm audio jack has moved from top to bottom when compared to Redmi Note 7. Next to it, there is a USB Type-C connector and a speaker grille.
Redmi CEO Lu Weibing recently confirmed Redmi Note 8 on Weibo and said that the phone will offer sharper images, longer battery life, a higher screen-to-front ratio, and feel better in the hand. He also shared a disassembled image of the 64-megapixel camera module and said that the smartphone has already been put into mass production. The photo shows three cameras arranged vertically and another one on the side.
Redmi Note 8 is expected to be announced on August 29 along with Redmi TV.
