The document states that the new idea is a continuation of a patent that Activision filed in 2014. The company plans to study user behavior in detail, including weapon selection, map strategies, and even shooting levels. Journalists expressed concern about the method of collecting information: they are concerned that the publisher plans to collect information from accounts and geographic data.

Activision says it wants to develop a bot that is indistinguishable from a real player. It is supposed to be used to reduce the waiting time in multiplayer matches if it is not possible to quickly match users. The timing of the creation of bots is not disclosed.

Activision is now preparing for the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, scheduled for October 25, 2019. In Russia, the shooter is guaranteed to be released on PC and Xbox One. As for the PlayStation 4, Sony first removed shop shooter, later returned back and then removed it again. Whether the Russian release on PS4 will take place on the specified date has not been announced.
