Many modern laptops, in particular, thin and light models, are equipped with only symmetrical USB Type-C ports. Meanwhile, users may need other familiar connectors for connecting peripherals. The novelty of Sharkoon is just designed to help in such a situation.
The gadget is a compact module that connects to a laptop via a USB Type-C port. At the same time, users get at their disposal three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a slot for microSD and SD / MMC flash cards, a standard audio jack, and a socket for a network cable.
