Products are made using 3D NAND flash memory chips; PCIe 3.0 x4 interface is enabled. Capacity varies from 250 GB to 1 TB.

The data transfer rate for sequential reading and writing reaches 1800 and 1200 MB/s, respectively. The drives are capable of up to 180K IOPS for random reads and random writes.

An aluminum alloy heatsink with an original pattern is responsible for heat dissipation. The data on the device is protected from unauthorized access by encryption using the AES algorithm with a 256-bit key.
