5000 mAh battery and triple camera: Vivo will launch Y12 and Y15 smartphones

Online sources have published detailed information about the characteristics of two new mid-range Vivo smartphones - Y12 and Y15 devices.

Both models will receive a 6,35-inch HD+ Halo FullView screen with a resolution of 1544 Γ— 720 pixels. The front camera is located in a small waterdrop notch at the top of this panel.

We are talking about using the MediaTek Helio P22 processor. The chip combines eight ARM Cortex-A53 cores with a clock speed of up to 2,0 GHz, an IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator, and an LTE cellular modem.

Smartphones will be endowed with a triple main camera, combining modules with 8 million (120 degrees; f / 2,2), 13 million (f / 2,2) and 2 million (f / 2,4) pixels.

Power will be provided by a powerful rechargeable battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. A rear fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 adapters, and a GPS/GLONASS receiver are mentioned. The operating system is Android 9 Pie.
