Alpine Linux 3.13.0

The release took place Alpine Linux 3.13.0 - A Linux distribution focused on security, lightness and undemanding resources (used, among other things, in many images docker).

The distribution uses the C system library musl, a set of standard UNIX utilities busybox, initialization system OpenRC and package manager apk.

Major changes:
