The E3 gaming exhibition will be held this year from June 12 to 14 in Los Angeles. This looks like the perfect place to unveil the most interesting Radeon graphics cards in recent years, since E3 is all about gaming. And by announcing new video cards here, AMD will attract a lot of attention, because in addition to the video cards themselves, it will also be a presentation of the Navi architecture, which will be used in the new generation Xbox and PlayStation game consoles.

According to the latest unofficial information, AMD will release, that is, begin selling its video cards on 7-nm Navi graphics processors on July 7 (07.07/7). Together with them, the launch of 3000nm AMD Ryzen 7 central processors may also take place. Previously, rumors indicated slightly different dates, and that the GPU and CPU would be released at different times. However, it is now reported that AMD will try to make the most of the number "seven" in the near future in order to highlight the use of the XNUMXnm process technology and recall the technological superiority over competitors. So the seventh of July could become a very symbolic date for the launch of new company products.

The source also shares some information regarding the performance of future Radeon video cards. As previously reported, AMD does not plan to fight NVIDIA in the highest price segment. Instead, the oldest of the upcoming Navi generation video cards will be able to confidently outperform the Radeon RX Vega 64 and come close to the GeForce RTX 2080. But at the same time, in order to be successful with buyers, it must cost significantly less than its competitor. But after some time, AMD may offer more powerful video cards on more powerful Navi GPUs and with them will be able to return competition to the upper price segment.
