Experts report that shortly after the release of the 16-inch MacBook Pro, Apple will stop producing current MacBook Pros with a 15-inch display. That is, a new larger and more expensive model will replace the current one. These rumors are based on reports received by analysts from various sources, including OEMs and suppliers of LCD panels for Apple laptop displays.

Sources report that production of the 15-inch MacBook Pro will cease in November of this year. At the same time, starting in September, approximately 39 units of the new 000-inch MacBook Pro will be produced. They will go on sale towards the end of the year, perhaps in November.

Despite the increase in display size, the new MacBook Pro is expected to have the same dimensions as the current 15-inch models. It will be possible to maintain the same dimensions by reducing the frames around the screen. It is also reported that the new Apple laptops will be equipped with eight-core Intel Coffee Lake-H processors, which are already used in older versions of the 15-inch MacBook Pro. However, the base model will likely still be equipped with six-core Intel chips. Let us remind you that the price of the basic configuration is rumored to be $3000.
