Analysts Predict Apple's XNUMXQ Revenue Growth

Analysts at Evercore ISI believe that Apple's third-quarter revenue will increase due to its own services and growing demand in the Chinese market. Apple is being forced to put more emphasis on services including iCloud and the App Store as smartphone sales show signs of slowing.

Analysts Predict Apple's XNUMXQ Revenue Growth

At the end of the second quarter of this year, the services sector accounted for about 20% of Apple's total revenue. A key area of Apple's services segment is the App Store, which generated about $37,1 billion in revenue last year. At the end of the second quarter, the Chinese market brought Apple about 18% of total revenue. It is expected that the level of demand for iPhone within the Chinese market will remain consistently high, which will reduce losses from slowing sales in other countries. The company receives more than 50% of its revenue from iPhone sales, so this segment is the most important for the manufacturer. According to analysts, iPhone owners will not rush to buy new models until the company releases a smartphone that supports fifth-generation (5G) communications networks.

Evercore ISI analyst Amit Daryanani estimates that overall App Store developer revenue will increase by 18%. At the end of the third quarter, this figure in monetary terms could reach $9 billion. Apple's official quarterly report is expected to appear after July 30.
