Developer Forever Entertainment has announced that the turn-based spy thriller Phantom Doctrine is coming to Nintendo Switch soon. On this occasion, they released a new trailer.
It will release on June 6th in the US Nintendo eShop and June 13th in Europe. Pre-orders will open on May 30 and June 6, respectively, and you can buy the game in advance with a small discount.
In Phantom Doctrine, the player becomes the leader of the secret organization "Consent" and must uncover a worldwide conspiracy, at the same time preventing a new world war. βPlan special operations, study secret dossiers and interrogate enemy agents to uncover the enemyβs sinister plan,β the developers say. βBut hurry up: there is very little time left to save the world from the flames of another global war.β
The project offers a 40-hour story campaign and flexible gameplay with the need to think through each assault and the ability to infiltrate undercover agents into operations areas to increase the chances of success. You need to plan operations by conducting investigations, collecting intelligence and building logical chains on a special board. In addition, Phantom Doctrine features online one-on-one battles.
