NVIDIA has announced its intention to hold the second GTC this year, which will be held online. The event is scheduled from 5 to 9 October. Traditionally, NVIDIA founder and CEO Jen-Hsun Huang will speak at it.
At the upcoming event, the company will discuss the latest achievements and innovations in the field of artificial intelligence, graphics, virtual reality and many other areas related to government industries.
The conference is going to be held online, as part of several live online broadcasts for residents of the United States, Europe, Israel, India, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. A four-hour online broadcast is scheduled for each day of the event. It is planned to hold a total of more than 500 different discussions, Q&A sessions, as well as 16 full-fledged online workshops.
Of course, the main attention at this event will be given to the performance of Jensen Huang himself. While the company is set to officially launch its new Ampere-based consumer graphics card series on September 1st, Huang may have saved a few consumer news for the October keynote as well. Nevertheless, NVIDIA is not famous for the announcements of all new products at once. Instead, the company pleases fans with small portions of new video cards.
