Apple representatives confirmed that the problem with launching applications has been resolved for all users who encountered it. Recall that a few days ago, iPhone and iPad users began to complain that some applications stopped running on their devices, including WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, etc. At the same time, a message appeared saying that the user needed to buy the application in order continue using it. Essentially, the apps behaved as if they were paid apps and users were denied the right to use them.
It was also reported that you can fix the problem by reinstalling the problematic application. About the same thing does a forced update, which overwrites parts of the applications that caused a launch problem. If Apple didn't release the update, many users might think that the problem lies in the applications, which could cause the affected software products to receive undeservedly low ratings.
