Apple released and almost immediately withdrew the iOS 13.2 beta 2 update: it causes a crash

October 11 Apple released iOS 13.2 beta 2, after installing which some 2018 iPad Pro owners found themselves with non-working devices. Tablets were reportedly not bootable after installation, and sometimes they could not be restored even through flashing in DFU mode.

Apple released and almost immediately withdrew the iOS 13.2 beta 2 update: it causes a crash

Complaints have already appeared on the company’s technical support forum, and the update was blocked in Cupertino. Now, when trying to get it, an error message is displayed. Although there has not yet been an official comment from the corporation, it is therefore unclear how long it takes to fix and what exactly the problem is.

At the moment, the only solution is not to install iOS 13.2 beta 2. Otherwise, you may have to visit a service center.

This is far from the first such bug in Apple's history, but the fact that problems of this kind appear with enviable regularity is not encouraging. It remains to be hoped that the problem will not recur in the release of iOS 13.2.

Note that in the iOS 13.2 beta, it became possible to delete the request history of the Siri voice assistant, and applications can now be uninstalled via Haptic Touch on the main screen.

In addition, Camera on iPhone 11 and 11 Pro lets you adjust video recording settings. There are also many new emojis announced earlier this year.
