Rare Studio has introduced a major monthly update to the adventure pirate action
Captain Flameheart's antics with Stitcher Jim, Duke, and countless other pirates on the seas have finally given him the knowledge and resources he needs to turn some of his most trusted underlings into Ash Lords. Four criminals have received supernatural powers and are wreaking havoc on the islands. Players will have to hunt them down and subdue them, but they should remember that each of the Ash Lords has its own character and abilities - it will not be easy to defeat them.
In addition, when defeated, the Ash Lords leave behind a skull that can be used as a deadly weapon. Players will be able to take it and direct it against their enemies. However, everything is not so simple here either: the constant use of the skull depletes its strength and reduces the value for the Order of Souls.
The developers have also added more accessibility options to Sea of Thieves: support for playing with a single analog stick and auto-centering the camera to the horizon.
