Recall that the court order to restrict access to Telegram at the suit of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media was issued in April 2018. The reason for the blocking was the refusal of the developers of the messenger to disclose the encryption keys for the access of the FSB of Russia to the correspondence of users.
