Moon Studios is seeking senior game designers for a "revolution" in the action role-playing genre. An applicant with a lot of work experience should love the Diablo series, The Legend of Zelda, Dark Souls and other games.

Moon Studios CEO and Creative Director Thomas Mahler commented on the vacancy on the ResetEra forum. β€œThe post says [the studio] has 'redefined' the Metroidvania genre, and I don't think that's too far-fetched. We've innovated in several areas, and platforming in Ori is definitely on a completely different level than what you see in most other metroidvanias. As for Will of the Wisps, you haven't seen anything yet," he wrote.

Later in this thread by Dancrane212 shared screenshots of an old Moon Studios prototype similar to Diablo, suggesting that it could be used as the basis for a new game.
