At the same time, almost all departments - the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Finance and Roskomnadzor - declined to comment. And the Ministry of Economy and the Federal Antimonopoly Service did not respond to inquiries from the media.
Businesses, on the other hand, believe that they should pay for free access from the budget, but for this, a number of technical issues must also be resolved. In particular, determine the volume of traffic, transmission speed, and so on.
Thus, the situation with free access to socially significant resources has not yet been resolved, since a number of changes and additions to the current legislation, as well as lengthy negotiations with all interested parties, may be required.
