openSUSE Leap 15.2 beta release

Began testing beta versions distribution kit openSUSE Leap 15.2, built on the base set of packages of the SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 SP2 distribution, on top of which newer releases of the desktop and user applications from the repository openSUSE Tumbleweed.
