ASUS has unveiled a teaser image informing about the imminent release of a productive smartphone Zenfone 6: the novelty will debut on May 16.
As you can see, the device is equipped with a frameless screen. The display has neither a cutout nor a hole for the front camera. This suggests that the novelty will receive a selfie module in the form of a periscope that extends from the top of the case.
According to rumors, the top version of Zenfone 6 will carry a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor (eight Kryo 485 cores with a clock speed of up to 2,84 GHz and an Adreno 640 graphics accelerator), 6 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 128 GB.
The device will receive a double or triple main camera. It will include a sensor with 48 million pixels. A fingerprint scanner can be integrated into the display area.
The Android 9 Pie operating system will be used as a software platform on the smartphone. We are talking about support for 18-watt fast battery charging.
The presentation of new items will take place at a special event in Valencia (Spain). Information about the estimated price is not yet available.
