Library for Russian speech recognition on Android and Linux without a network

Published version 0.3 Library wax for local recognition of continuous speech, supporting Russian language.

Prepared for the Android platform APK package, and for Linux you can use Python library (use case), the performance of which is sufficient to run on Raspberry Pi boards.
The library runs on an advanced engine Kaldi.
language model which usually takes only 50MB and works more accurately DeepSpeech (model larger than 1GB).
Supported languages: Russian, English, German, French, Chinese. Support for Spanish, Hindi, Arabic and Portuguese is expected.
