The test flight of the XB-1 will take place over the Mojave Desert in a specially designated area for testing. As part of the cooperation agreement, Flight Research will provide the Boom hangar at the Mojave Air and Space Port aerospace research center and the T-38 Talon supersonic trainer aircraft, which will be used both for training XB-1 test pilots and for aircraft observation. during a test flight.
