Former Xbox corporate vice president Mike Ybarra has joined Blizzard Entertainment as executive vice president and general manager.
Earlier this month Ibarra about leaving Microsoft after 20 years at the corporation. "After 20 years at Microsoft, it's time for my next adventure," Ybarra tweeted. βIt's been a great ride with Xbox and the future is bright. Thanks to everyone on the Xbox team, I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished and I wish you all the best. Will share what's next for me soon (super excited)! It turned out that his next adventure is Blizzard Entertainment. Mike Ybarra will start at his new location on November 4th. He will also attend BlizzCon this year.
