Horberg Productions has announced that the action-platformer Mechstermination Force will be released on the Nintendo Switch on April 4th.
In Mechstermination Force, players only fight huge bosses. They will need to climb, jump and find weaknesses in order to win. In the story, you will join a group of brave soldiers who are fighting for the independence of mankind. The MegaMechs have taken control of the world, and it's up to you to spearhead a counterattack.
Powerful weapons and upgrades will be at your disposal. For example, a magnetic gauntlet will come in handy to climb a boss the size of a skyscraper. Special boots with a double jump will help you overcome pools of lava. And you can also clobber the energy cores of megamechs with an ordinary baseball bat.
On the Nintendo Switch, the game will play at 1080p in stationary mode, but will drop down to 720p on handheld. Both options - at a frequency of 60 frames / s. To complete the Mechstermination Force, you can team up with a friend behind the same screen. In total, the authors promise 14 huge and very different bosses.
