Portal user audience gosuslugi.ru, which allows Russian citizens and organizations to receive electronic services from federal, regional and municipal authorities, has reached 90 million people. This is evidenced by the statistics published on the page of the online service in the social network Facebook.

Representatives of the service call the mark of 90 million users a significant indicator for the public services portal. “This is more than half of the population of Russia and twice the population of all million-plus cities in our country,” the official Facebook page of the Gosuslugi.ru portal says.

The Gosuslugi.ru portal was launched on December 15, 2009 and is currently available not only in the web version for personal computers, but also through mobile applications for Android and iOS. The most popular services are obtaining information about the state of a personal account in the Pension Fund of Russia, registering vehicles and property rights, issuing a new generation passport, replacing a driver's license, as well as informing about fines, tax debts and enforcement proceedings.

In the coming years, the government of the Russian Federation plans to significantly increase the number of public services provided digitally via the Internet. It is expected that by 2024, 70% of public services will be provided digitally for both citizens and businesses.
