The PCIe Gen4 specification was published at the end of 2017. Compared to PCIe 3.0, this standard doubles throughput from 8 to 16 GT/s (gigatransactions per second). Thus, the data transfer rate for one line is about 2 GB/s.

Corsair Force Series MP600 drives are made in M.2 format. 3D TLC NAND flash memory microchips (three bits of information in one cell) and a Phison PS5016-E16 controller are involved.

The declared sequential read speed of information reaches 4950 MB / s, the sequential write speed is 4250 MB / s.
