Recently, more and more information has been appearing about the upcoming re-release of Warcraft III. Now, several comparison videos of Warcraft III Reforged have appeared on the Internet, comparing the character models and animations with the original game.

Overall, judging by the videos presented, the new models and animations look sharp, but the developers clearly wanted to preserve the style of the original game. Warcraft III Reforged is scheduled to release on PC later this year. The game is a re-release of both Warcraft III: Reigns of Chaos and the Frozen Throne expansion. At the same time, Blizzard promises to maintain full compatibility with a huge number of user-created maps, as well as release a much more powerful and advanced map editor.

The plot of Warcraft III: Reforged covers more than 60 missions, telling about the founding of Orgrimmar, the fall of Lordaeron, the reign of the Burning Legion, and the rise of the Lich King. All these events in the history of Azeroth are presented on behalf of four different factions: Orcs, Humans, Night Elves and Scourge. The re-release also includes over 4 hours of updated in-game story scenes and voice-over commentary.
